Let me share a few things about myself.
I am a Certified Maternity and Child Sleep Consultant, honouring and expanding the Holistic Science of Sleep Method™ created by the founder of the International Parenting and Health Institute, Mar De Carlo.
I am addicted to learning and I love exploring ideas that contribute to personal growth.
I am a mother of a young boy and the wife of a wonderful husband. I advocate "self-care" and "co-care" practices in human relationships and I try to raise parenting consciousness throughout my work.
I enjoy creating safe spaces of authentic expression where everyone can be their true self because this is the world I dream of.
In order to be able to support you in a holistic way and help you achieve the best possible outcome, I educate myself constantly. I study the latest literature and try to stay up-to-date with the latest research in any field that is related to and may influence sleep. This way I can provide you with the best resources available in any area you may need additional information or support.
I have obtained certifications in the following areas:

As an unstoppable learner, I constantly study something in order to expand my knowledge, my wellbeing and the level of support I can provide to the families I work with.
I believe sleep challenges are remarkable tools that can shed light on the areas that we need to take care of. These areas could involve perhaps biological or physiological needs, personal unfinished matters, unattended psychological needs or unfulfilled goals or dreams. Sometimes this could mean that we need to re-evaluate or re-shape our thoughts and beliefs in order to align with them and let them feel good instead of letting them be the reason we suffer.
When it comes to babies and children, sleep disturbances are a way for them to communicate what they are not developmentally ready to express with other means. But that is a pretty revealing way.
I am passionate about sleep. I am also passionate about supporting people in living the life they deserve, a happy one! I see this all the time. It is a reality; it is not a dream (although it feels like a dream by the time our work ends and we count all the things we have achieved). Families I have worked with can witness how real this is. And it's quite simple. I am here to meet you where you are and support you when you are ready to do the same. Frankly, this is all we need in order to start. Your readiness for change .
I embrace every kind of family structure. I embrace every relationship. There is not one person in the world who deserves anything less than the best they can be. We are all from the same essence. In my everyday life I am a person, a parent and a partner who deals with challenges once in a while, just like many of you are. I am a woman who has to figure out how to manage different roles in her life successfully, just like many of you do. I am a mother who sometimes praise her success and sometimes wishes to do better next time. I bet every parent does that too.
Why I became so passionate about spreading the message of making good use of your children's sleep challenges in order to transform your family life?
Well, first I have done it myself. My family experienced our son's sleep challenges and believe me it was the "hard core" option on the menu. This experience, gave me the opportunity to work with everything I had left unattended for so many years. I did it because I soon figured that everything "old" was connected to everything "new" affecting it in so many ways that it made it impossible not to approach both “old” and “new” at the same time. The process I chose for myself involved full deconstruction and reconstruction from scratch. This time on my terms. It all led to a personal transformation that continues to take place every day with full awareness.
It's not my intention to make it sound like a fantasy land where everything suddenly becomes easy. The path to transformation is not easy and it doesn’t represent the end to our struggles. It doesn't make us perfect, flawless, filled with only positive feelings. What it does, however, is give us the tools to make the best of what we have. Tools like knowledge, awareness and acceptance help us achieve a deeper connection to who we are and improve the relation to our loved ones.
This is my message in short.
"Change is a fact regardless of our acceptance or resistance to it. But growing through change is a conscious choice."
